The development of a mineral research work must
must comply with the 36-month deadline governed by law.

In 3 years of mineral research it is unlikely to have a full understanding and definitive cubing of a mineral deposit, on average, this process can take from 5 to 8 years.

Under Brazilian law, the holder of a mining concession has 3 years to carry out mineral research, extendable for another 3 years, totaling 6 years, where it is mandatory to defend a final research report to approve the area and advance to the mining concession phase.

After entering the mining application or mining concession phase, it is allowed to continue with the research to expand the mineral resources measured within a mining process.
